Nasa and JPL have recently released some pictures of the components that helped allow the perseverance rover to land on mars, these pictures offer a inept look on how the equipment preformed, and could provide valuable insights for future missions.

NASA's Ingenuity captured 10 amazing aerial images of the wreckage on the surface of Mars, surveying both the parachute witch helped perseverance land safely and the cone-shaped backshell that protected the rover in deep space during its decent towards mars.
Nasa has since extended integrity flight operations to continue pioneering flights such as this.
"Every time we’re airborne, Ingenuity covers new ground and offers a perspective no previous planetary mission could achieve"
The Engineers, who have been working on building interplanetary spacecraft, are hopeful that the details of the images could have the potential to help ensure safer smother landings for future spacecraft such as the Mars Sample Return Lander that will return martin samples to Earth.
