Apple announces new M2 MacBook Pro and Air

 An All new MacBook Air with the M2 chip took the stage during Apples WWDC22 keynote, and a MacBook Pro also featuring the M2 chip took the stage immediately after. These new MacBooks will feature MagSafe charging, Thunderbolt ports, and a headphone jack and for the M2 air all that comes in a housing that's 11mm thick and weigh's 2.7 pounds. However on the Pro side its the same as last years model just upgraded specifications.

The Macbook air has seen a much needed redesign with new colors such as silver, space grey, and new “starlight” and “midnight” colors. Ths MacBook Will also have a squared look resembling the existing 2021 Macbook Pro. The MacBook Air will feature a liquid retina display at the size of 13.6 inches and will have a brightness of 500 nits at 1 billion colors. This MacBook will also feature a notch similar to existing models and will have a 1080p camera with 2x low light performance.

This MacBook will use the same Magsafe power adapter that other current gen MacBook's have, it will also feature 2 USB-C ports that will support fast charging at up to 80% in just 20 minutes.
