According to report from 9To5Mac, Apple is working on a new accessibility feature for iOS, where the whole system UI is changed to include much bigger controls and a "streamlined" interface.

The project codenamed "Clarity" has been described by Apple internally as a “customizable, streamlined way to use your iPhone and iPad.", and it's not currently available to the Public, but it's rumored to arrive in a later beta of iOS 16.2.

This screenshot, leaked by 9To5Mac, shows this new layout featuring much simpler controls and a SwitchBoard-like UI, it focuses on important elements, probably for older people and ones with vision issues.

And about iOS 16.2, it includes quite a bit of features in the current beta, such as Freeform, updates to live activities, and the comeback of Stage manager external display support in iPadOS.
