Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has started a new financial venture, a new perfume called "Burnt Hair."
Musk announced Tuesday his intentions to enter the perfume industry and within 6 hours of starting he sold 10,000 bottles at $100 a bottle. The perfume quickly made $1 million in the first few hours then continued to earn throughout the day later selling another 10,000 totaling 20,000 units sold at $100 earning Musk a cool $2 million dollars in just one day.
This new Perfume is a product of The Boring Company a company that Musk started that has a habit of turning sarcastic products into lucrative merchandise.
"With a name like mine, getting into the fragrance business was inevitable – why did I even fight it for so long!?". "Please buy my perfume, so I can buy Twitter."
