According to Engadget, there is some new information on the next edition of Forza Motorsport 8, the latest installment of the Forza Motorsport series. Turn 10, the developer of the game, says that Forza Motorsport will take full advantage of the latest Xbox and PC hardware. Also, if you have a console from the Xbox One lineup, you will need to play the game via Xbox Game Pass.
The showcase that Turn 10 released showed Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, in South Africa. It is said that the graphics will have 10 times the detail and realisticness compared to Forza Motorsport 7. It will also have a time of day and weather simulation, similar to Forza Horizon 5.

There is supposed to be 20 different courses, all with different course configurations. The damage models are also becoming more realistic, with Turn 10 saying "We’re simulating paint thickness, chipping and directionality of damage, while layering dirt so it accumulates in a realistic manner in low-pressure areas like recesses and alcoves" According to AutoBlog, this will be some of the cars that you should expect at launch:
