It is officially November, which means just 30 more days left of the official Atlantic Hurricane Season, but that doesn't mean you should let your guard down.
We are currently tracking Tropical Storm Lisa and Tropical Storm Martin. Lisa is expected to impact parts of the Yucatán Peninsula and potentially Guatemala within the next couple days. Martin on the other hand is expected to stay in the Atlantic Ocean and tread north, potentially impacting Greenland as a Hurricane within the next couple days.
Tropical Systems still occur well into December and even January, with some notable examples being Tropical Storm Bonnie in 2016 and Tropical Storm Arthur in 2020.
Hurricane season isn't the only thing we're watching this fall, we're also watching the upticked severe weather threat as the 2nd severe season begins. We'll keep you up to date as the season progresses.
