According to Android Authority, the first smartphone to use the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor is here, and it's the Redmi Note 12 Turbo. You can get the 1 TB storage version of this device for ~$400 USD. For that price, you can single handily beat some 2022 flagships, and it's about as powerful as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, last year's flagship chip, so, not bad.

It was announced in China earlier today, according to GSMArena. It has 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM as well as 1 TB of UFS 3.1 storage. All of that power can be witnessed on a 6.67 in OLED FHD+ resolution display. It also has a 64 MP main camera, 8 MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro lens.

All of the specs above are powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that can handle up to 67W charging. Not the best we've ever seen on an Android device, but it's definitely decent. Connectivity includes WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 as well as an AR blaster and headphone jack (thank you Xiaomi!)
