A few days ago, the FBI executed a probable cause search warrant at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home. During the search, federal agents found multiple classified and top-secret documents.
Some of the recovered documents are only meant to be available for certain officials at certain facilities. The agents took around 20 boxes total, which included binders, notebooks, handwritten notes, photos, and more.
Considering that all of these documents are marked top-secret or classified, Trump could be looking at some serious charges, however, Trump's lawyers are actively arguing that he used his authority to declassify the material, however, this is likely not the case.
