If you don’t know already, Windows 11 Which was released in October was just windows 10 Version 21H2 but with a different name , As of now, the current build at the dev channel is 22509, Which is just Not officially tied to a specific version , but it’s just 22H2, here is a list of the known new features so far:
Start menu layouts

Added in build 22509, this not exactly what we were hoping for, but it’s definitely an improvement, this new feature lets the user change the recommended to pinned ratio , making for a better user experience.
Emoji Panel themes

Starting in build 22504, your keyboard settings will carry over to the emoji panel and the IME panel, personally I think it’s ugly and I hope they add an option to disable it in the future , but it’s nice for people who like it.
Emoji skin tones

Also as part of build 22504, you can now set emoji skin tones!, that’s quite an important addition as it makes the emoji experience a lot richer
Quick Window sharing

First appearing in build 22499, This feature lets you share any window in a teams call just by hovering over it, which is quite handy for people who depend on teams, but I would’ve preferred it to include 3rd party app support ( Like zoom ) , or even Microsoft’s own app, Skype .
Microsoft Account page in settings

This Feature First appeared in build 22489, and it shows everything about your Microsoft account and subscriptions.
Modern right click UI In recycle bin

This feature first appeared in Build 22454 , I think this should’ve been added in RTM but better late than never.
These were the main features over the last few builds, but of course there is a ton of new features that are not mentioned in this article like :
- Time being displayed on all screens
- Setting your default browser is now much easier
and of course these features are from dev builds, so they may change at any time or even get totally removed.
